After Sales Service

Reliable Process Plants – today and tomorrow.  At GEA Tuchenhagen we aim to deliver the best process components available on the market. However, we do more than just deliver a component; our After Sales Service is your opportunity for an  excellent plant operation – even after many years of production.

 Inspection

• Visual inspection of the plant (components).
• Random check of product contact parts of components and their examination and documentation.
• We use the results of the inspection and the process parameters provided by the customer to recommend a maintenance schedule.

Preventative Maintenance

• Preventative maintenance work in accordance with the maintenance schedule recommended after the inspection.
• All product contact parts in GEA Tuchenhagen components are cleaned and the wearing parts (seals) are replaced.
• Only original spare parts are used.
• Documentation of the maintenance work performed (service plan per component).

Customer-specific / regular Maintenance

• Maintenance is carried out in accordance with the customer's specifications.
• An actual state inventory is taken during the first maintenance.
• During the second maintenance, our service technician checks and documents the condition of the seals.
• The data collected is evaluated by GEA Tuchenhagen.
• Result: a maintenance recommendation can be made for each individual component.

Supervision

• Product training courses at the customer’s site.
  Supervision of your installation team during the necessary maintenance work.

Emergency services

• Provision of spare parts and sending out our service technicians at short notice.
