GEA Tuchenhagen will exhibit at Anuga FoodTec in Cologne, 27 - 30 March 2012

GEA Tuchenhagen process components committed to economic efficiency, sustainability and service-orientation: valves, cleaners and pumps!

We present our VARIVENT® valves as a flexible, modular system. VARIVENT® valves are the core component in matrix-piped process plants. They are operationally reliable, easy to maintain and suitable for CIP/SIP operations. See the new VARIVENT® mixproof sampling valve, these valves are ideally suited as fully automatic sampling and dosing valves.

Additionally we will show the new valve feedback system T.VIS® A8 for all our valve series.

GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW centrifugal pumps

The product range of our GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW centrifugal pumps, series TP (non-self priming) and TPS (self-priming) have been enlarged. In total we now offer 12 types, operating in the flow volume range of up to 210 m3/h and achieving pump heads of up to  90 m, available with motor power up to 45 kW.

T-smart valve series:

From the T-smart valve series we present new leakage-proof butterfly valves. They are highly functional, CIP/CIP compatible, easy to maintain and reliable for the safety of the production process.

VARIPURE orbital cleaners:

For an optimal tank cleaning process we offer motor driven orbital cleaners. The motor driven variants TMC 85 and TMC 45 completes the existing VARIPURE® program range of our orbital cleaners. They operate with a continuously adjustable pressure of up to 25 bar and flow rates of 0.5 to 30 m3/h.
