GEA Brewery Systems has developed a save and cost-effective flash pasteurizer. The ECO-FLASH systems keep control of all the relevant parameters, so that off-flavours, colour changes or product losses are reliably avoided. The design and function of the ECO-FLASH will be individually planned and tailored to the type of beer to be treated.
