GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW Rotary Lobe Pumps, VPSH and VPSU Series
English, 0.16 MB,  627e, 04/2010
GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW Rotary Piston Pumps are used wherever viscous, sensitive or solids-containing liquids need to be transferred gently. Type VPSH is used for hygienic applications of all kinds. Type VPSU has been designed especially for the high aseptic requirements in sterile areas. The special design of the Skimitar rotors and the pump’s design enable the pump to convey a wide range of media: from low-viscous media to products with a viscosity of up to 1,000,000 cP or even media with suspended solids. Due to the shape of the Skimitar rotors, a particularly high efficiency is achieved.

Hygienic GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW Centrifugal Pumps, TP/TPS series
English, 0.56 MB,  626e, 06/2011
The GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW Centifugal Pump TP is designed for pumping demanding media up to a viscosity of 1,000 mPas. Low flow velocities and gentle discharge of media through the spiral housing ensure extremely gentle product handling and high efficiency.

10 pump sizes with a capacity range of up to 210 m3/h and pump heads of up to 90 m w.c. are available, finely tuned to the task at hand.

The GEA Tuchenhagen®-VARIFLOW Centrifugal Pump TPS is a self-priming pump for viscosities of up to 500 mPas. The pump is used for CIP return applications, for emptying tanks as well as for conveying products containing gas. The TPS is characterized by a low sound power level, highest efficiency and excellent cleaning properties. The TPS series also permits evacuation of pipes on the suction side – so that just one pump is required for CIP return and product conveying!
