GEA Tuchenhagen at BRAU Beviale 2007

GEA Tuchenhagen has presented differnet new process components at BRAU Beviale. The range has included the extension of our cleaning technology within the VARIPURE program, the VARIVENT^Ž mixproof and single seat valve types, an extension of sizes for the VARIVENT^Žtank bottom valves, new features of our T.VIS^Žvalve information system - now available with a new positioner for single seat and butterfly valves.
Last but not least also the VARITOP^Ž tank safety system as well as the very new self-priming Tuchenhagen^Ž-VARIFLOW centrifugal pump TPS.

Self-priming Tuchenhagen^Ž-VARIFLOW centrifugal pumps TPS

A new generation of hygienic, self-priming centrifugal pumps capable of conveying gases.
By combining the existing Tuchenhagen^Ž-VARIFLOW TP series with a screw rotor, a new generation of hygienic self-priming centrifugal pumps has been created.
The new Tuchenhagen^Ž-VARIFLOW TPS series conveys products containing a large amount of gas. It is characterized by a low sound power level, high efficiency and optimal cleaning properties. This TPS series also permits evacuation of pipes on the suction side – just one pump only for CIP return and product conveying. The new TPS series is used for CIP return applications, for emptying tanks as well as for conveying products containing gas.

VARIPURE Cleaning Devices now available!

GEA Tuchenhagen has complemented its existing product range with a variety of rotating cleaners. They are mainly used for cleaning the interior of vessels and tanks.

Thanks to the new cleaners we can now offer more and optimized options for individual solutions to all cleaning tasks. Cleaners are now available for small containers up to large tanks with a diameter of up to 16 m. Cleaner capacity ranges from operating pressures of 0.5 up to 90 bar and flow rates from 0.6 up to 24 m³/h.

T.VIS^Ž P-20 – the new positioner for single seat and butterfly valves

This product range, so far available for the well-known VARIVENT^Žmodulating control valve types A and S, will be completed by the T.VIS^Ž P-20 positioner.
For control loops in which, so far, a modulating control valve with a sophisticated positioner was too costly in terms of labor and time, we will offer a cost-effective and economical alternative to the previously known modulating control valves: a VARIVENT^Ž or ECOVENT^Ž valve with T.VIS P-20 (with control cone as an option).
