Valve technology made by GEA Tuchenhagen: the single-seat valve ECOVENT® E is representing a cost-effective alternative to our VARIVENT® System for hygienic process applications.
The ECOVENT® E single-seat valve series consist of the shut-off valve ECOVENT® E type N_/ECO and the shuttle valve ECOVENT® E type W_/ECO.
Features of the ECOVENT® E single-seat valve series:
- New actuator generation
- New, shorter lanterns
- Shortened vertical socket on the valve configurations "L" and "T".
General advantages of the ECOVENT® E valve series:
- Use of the established and proven VARIVENT® valve housing
- VARIVENT® sealing principle, use of the known VARIVENT® seals
- More compact overall dimensions by short lanterns
- Reversible air/spring actuator, with air back-up of the spring function on request
- Combination with proximity switch holder on request for the integration of two proximity switches max., control module type 110 or RM 7 and/or T.VIS in connection with adapter
- In the standard version the actuators are designed to work at an air pressure of 6 barG against a product pressure of 5 barG.
